Tell us the central idea, why it suits Modern Leisure Guide and what a reader will understand or be able to consider after reading. A strong proposal has a specific subject rather than a broad theme, avoids repeating familiar advice and can be handled responsibly without unsupported claims or specialist instructions.

A voice with room to experiment

We value lively, clear writing that respects a reader's time and judgement. Personal experience can add texture, but it should be identified as personal rather than treated as proof that a method works for everyone. We welcome comparisons, background pieces and practical explorations that do not pretend every attempt ends neatly.
